Joel lied about canna camp opening what makes u think he won't lie in a CC. MJMJ is a note haven Joel dumped nearly a billion shares in a months time. What will stop him from doing it again. After all why raise authorized if you don't plan on using it. And don't say acquisitions lol that's what they all say. Or anti takeover provisions lol heard that too. Simply to turn the tap on. Yup that's sounds most probable. JOEL IS A LYING DILUTING CEO.
