How would one actually know that without an insider giving out information? Or is that just a hope/dream/wish or plain BS?

There is always "great news" coming. That's how these pinksheet scams work - forward looking statements and fluff news are routine. Like the trademark BS released the other day. Who cares that a name of something has been trademarked? It is not the same as a patent, no matter how it is portrayed.

And yes, I am sure that information is being provided to certain folks that would normally be considered insider information. However, in the pinksheet world, the rules are rarely followed. Standard practice.
