Here's another way to look at it:
it's 630 pm and I'm cooking some pizzas. Let's say I have 3 pizzas. One pizza will be done in 20 minutes. One should be done in 25 minutes but may take an additional 5 minutes. One won't be done for 30 minutes for sure. Therefore AT LEAST one pizza won't be ready till 7 oclock. AT MOST, 2 pizzas won't be ready until 7. In conclusion, at 7 pm, all three pizzas will be ready to enjoy.
Now I expect a juicy PR and I'm quite hungry as well.
