L2 what do you make of all these SC 13G/A? Is that normal in the OTC world? I thought they had to hold stock issued for loans 90 days before they can dump. I mean this is obviously a loan because they sell it immediately after being issued the stock at a discounted price. Can you please explain this to me. Im confused how this can happen.
