Like I said, Jeffrey's last company claimed to own multi-million $$$$ in real estate. But they never audited their financials. Last I saw, that stock has no bid now. Why would he abandon all these "assets" for a small share transfer sold back into the market? News will move most stocks by nature, the share structure is what is most relevant at this time. I don't see a definitive filing that shows USAR owns Pho House, I believe they are just raising money for them.
