Well, now all questions on FB about the conversions have now been deleted. Coops, Hauls, Kiraks, Stanleys.

That's your transparent CEO for you. There are NO SEC rules regarding questions / statements about share structure and convertible notes on FB. So there is NO excuse for him removing those posts.

But there are SEC rules against misleading statements.
