8k have been being issued now at a rate 1 every 7 to 10 days approx. This seemingly has been been going on for last 6 months it seems. That may be a parameter to watch to see if there is any acceleration or deceleration of this. The rebrand imo will neither have a immediate positive or negative effect on stock unless it is such that it is dire to current shareholders or a buyout etc.. a shift in business imo would hold off any rise or fall in business until results are shown rather than just an announcement.
