American Green Enters Arizona Medical Marijuana Market

Executes Binding LOA with Natural Herbal Remedies





[Tempe, AZ – September 8, 2015 - American Green, Inc. (OTC Pink: ERBB) announced today that as part of its focus on being an active participant in taking American Green brands to market around the country, it has entered into a binding Letter of Agreement to form a Joint Venture with Natural Herbal Remedies, an Arizona licensed dispensary of medical marijuana products. “We have been working with NHR for about a year, selling them our CBD isolate for custom formulations developed by this exciting company.
