It really doesn't matter to DSUS shareholders if DS Hawaii is broke or not since DSUS is not entitled to anything from DS Hawaii.
The only people likely to do "a lot of teeth gnashing" are those who have tied up money in this. That certainly doesn't describe my situation.
Good DD IS NOT just reciting the PRs and company handouts and looking for the good. Those things are never hard to find.
