I call it the "The Vancouver mining hustle " all perfectly legal, so no claims of fraudulent behavior or any type of scam, however ethical is up for discussion, mining claims with ZERO chance of becoming an actual mine, grossly overstated potential, questionable promotion, let's just say Johnny Cash song "I walk the line"fits.
