Vike I have to believe the FD does not want to engage in a pissing contest with Solomon so all major issues were resolved in front of his appointment to becoming a director. I believe that Solomon is a reasonable man and truly wants to reward shareholders. I too am concerned about taking the company private talk that we heard at the end of the last call and of course he said it wasn't their present plan. However we do need our voices heard and made clear that we are owners of this company. Many of our shareholders including me own more than the directors and should have a say in the direction of the company. We helped finance the company to where it is today. I believe we will achieve Oslo and I believe them when they say spin offs will come quicker and shareholder value will be emphasized going forward.

I do want the call on the 17th to be completely informative and transparent. No more guessing. Let's see the plan and target date for Oslo. I also want IR to allow us to ask questions and not restrict the call to any length unless the questions become repetitive. Obviously I want good audio and please have all the individuals in the same room so they don't talk over each other.

We need to bring some professionalism to this company, I see good signs but it needs to start on the 17th and be sustained. There is no excuse for a company with these assets and possibilities to be selling at less than a 2.0 PE, PERIOD! That is an indictment of management and I will judge them accordingly...
