DGRI IS A PINK STOCK.THERE ALL CROOKS. THEY USE THE SAFE HARBOR STATEMENT.
ALL THOU IT LOOKS LIKE DAN HOLLIS DID SOME TOXIC FINANCING WITH ASHER ENTERPRISES.
THAT MAY GET HIM INTO TROUBLE WITH THE SEC AND DTCC.

(Is it possible that Dan could end up in jail... For misleading investors???)
