All companies do more or less... If you are tiny Pharma seeking for funding it is not easy to get...I know this industry pretty well... Every single financing except perhaps cash-flow financing is bad for investors no matter how you look at it, but the problem is you cannot (in most cases) grow without doing some dillution or taking huge loans...

Tell me what type of financing is less toxic (*= and be realistic not you are the CEO and your company needs money, what you do?)?
