are these supposedly enthusiastic banks/partners
also waiting for the results of ongoing tests..?
for further developments and proofs ?


which prompts the query as to how discussions
could be at an advanced phase unless any previous
successes and proofs had already been integral to
the procedures and discussions..

I will be calling Mr Morakis today to see what
he can contribute ,..apart from more fluff
