NIT they need the fda green light and they dont have it and they knew they didnt have it. Thats a material issue and they decided not to disclose it until the launch date. Those are facts as I see them and the crazy chit is that there was no buying even on Friday into the close. Will we be ok, probably. But expect some serious pain well before then particularly if they don't disclose something like this...
