Actually the FDA doesn't have to approve anything. It's just a series of tests run on the finished product to ensure it meets the ingredient levels specified on the label. Basically it covers them from getting in trouble with the FDA for claiming different levels than are actually present. We knew this needed to be done long ago, it just happened to take a little longer than expected. As Toby said, it's only a delay of several days. Delays are expected in a first run. Gotta work out the bugs. Future runs will go much smoother.
