So do you now agree that the Form 10 contains inaccurate information?

Jim Fancher, as VP should appear in Item 4 (page 20).

As a shareholder of Seergate, he received shares from MYEC on closing of the Seergate acquisition on May 6th.

Option 1:
The Form 10 is inaccurate

Option 2:
Jim Fancher sold all his shares under .02
