You are correct. The patent question needs to be answered.

The question was asked over a year ago. Ed said he would modify the patent licensing agreement. And then... It was swept under the rug.

Anyone who truly thinks that Ed will include the patent in a package deal on a MYEC buyout will be very disappointed, IMO.

Not picking sides here, just being realistic.

Ed will never share the patent with shareholders because he doesn't have to... IMO
