OK, so you think the properties they purchased have great value, but they consciously decided to dump shares instead of realizing the potential?

I have to say that makes no sense to me. Far more likely is they realized the properties had no potential, but dumping shares to investors did.

Competing is intense among humans, and within a group, selfish individuals always win. But in contests between groups, groups of altruists always beat groups of selfish individuals.
