Not to beat a dead horse, but here's what you said.

That is an incorrect summary of my position.

Now you say you didn't mean it was a good investment, which means "We'll agree it's an investment disaster for everyone but a few insiders and their friends." is correct, unless you're saying you don't agree that insiders and friends made out alright (though "JJ and company have squandered a great opportunity in favor of dilution and personal enrichment." would seem to suggest you do agree).

The second part "Intentional, accidental or simple incompetence, there we'll disagree." was pointing out we DISAGREE on the cause of it being a poor investment - you seem to think it was incompetence or accident and that the mountain had/has great value, whereas I believe they knew going in they were going to monetize the stock, not the mountain.

Competing is intense among humans, and within a group, selfish individuals always win. But in contests between groups, groups of altruists always beat groups of selfish individuals.
