A 10-bagger simply in response to a nearly year-late 10K that will report numbers that are not only stale but are ALREADY KNOWN???

That is the equivalent of pumping that the sp will shoot up to $10 when it was at its high of $1.05. And even the CORE kindergarten dropouts weren't stupid enough to do that (they only pumped that it would go to $4) -- or perhaps they just weren't capable of counting that high and having to use fingers from BOTH hands at the same time, I dunno...

As I've been saying, the ACT of filing itself can be easily pumped to be a major catalyst (which you can count on SCRC's officially company endorsed homophobic criminal JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his fellow CORE criminals to do) -- but understand that this would be a textbook example of "form over substance".

Be vigilant and be nimble and watch not only for other news/filings, but also technical indicators such as volume and signs of resistance. If this 10K is all there is, then you all should know by now what the proper way to play any pop should be...

...or, you can do what the criminal CORE holders of the toxic PIPE stock want you to do and simply BUY/HOLD/ADD but never sell/trade because regardless of what the sp may ever be at, they will whisper sweet nothings in you ear (and nothing is all it is and ever will be) that the sp will "imminently" earn multiple bags beyond that if you are just patient enough to keep on holding... ...all the while you are not realizing that it is YOU who is providing the bid support and float lockdown necessary for THEM to dump...
