Tonner Doll is going to raise money (aka sell shares) to help fund himself and OWOO, thats cool but he's raising funds...
The company doesn't have anywhere near profits.
The company spends waaaay more than it has.
The company is still spending more than it can possibly make, hoping for a buyout but any interested company can clearly see that it is entirely possible to let OWOO go bankrupt.
Dilution is increasing to previous toxic levels after it slowed.
$OWOO isn't inside of Wal-Marts just yet, no big sales or exposure yet, everything is forward looking still.
This is the second time $OWOO is working on a cartoon...
But your right the share structure isn't looking bad, at the moment. What's happens when they max out or get close to maxing out the A/S?
I personally am a little worried. But again this is all just my opinion and observations.
I post my opinion.
