Stock dividend? Hmmm

Right now honestly I don't believe it. Where is the official PR with an ex-dividend date? It's the 5th of September and they are suppose to pay it out this month. At this point they should have released the date and amount per share. I can do the basic math and come close but I want something official.

I've seen multiple tweets about different issues come out of ARYC such as a being a 100 bagger. That not only hasn't come to fruition it's went down.

They are currently out of cash and are carrying more convertible debt then they can convert. Which obviously means exactly what they stated in their 10Q. They are going to raise the AS amount before years end.

I'm long and own 4 million shares currently however, management must come through on at least one tweet they've put out. This dividend is possibly the only reason people are buying in or staying around. With that they need an official PR stating the all the information of said transaction.

Come on ARYC put out something real and believable to your deserving share holders. It's way past time you stop tweeting garbage and give us sustainable shareholder value.
