Yes, the Spencers have filed a multi-million dollar RICO lawsuit against Neil Wallace and his fellow racketeers for posting lies and half truths about them and GOSY on several message boards to manipulate GOSY's stock price down and cost GOSY shareholders millions of dollars. Much of the material on the W_W_W page was used as basis for the RICO lawsuit, we all believe. Others may be added to the suit since the jurisdiction is national per GA law. Should one read the entire filing one will know that Wallace et al are in for the litigation of their life. Wallace is expected to end up in prison or penniless living in a cardboard box for his years of extortion and damage to the Spencers and GOSY stockholders.

Good news is why GOSY is up 300% lately!
