Wow. Tnx, God. I'm not really used to having you so definitively on my side - as things go, that is.
Seriously, tho, tnx for the kudos.
I only hold a small position compared to what has been intimated on the board in terms of the size of holding but, in this case, even a little will, quite possibly, go a long way. (IMO, of course)
Everyone has their own rationale and concurrent (hopefully) strategy.
IF, and it's always a big if, the hearing on 9/9 goes well, my likely strategy will be a staged partial exit/re-entry with covering entry cost + 50% as stage #1 exit goal. Then, as I don't currently have time to focus on intra-day trades, I see no need, personally, to sell again until I hit at least a triple.
At that point it's worth pulling some off the table and buying back in, on the inevitable dip, with a % of the profits.
If it, somehow, goes badly at the hearing...well, God, not to put too fine a point on it, we're counting on you to not allow that to happen. ;)
