So the dividend being offered is 1 for 100 with warrants to buy more at $1 after the structure is released. The dividend gets paid in shares of the new class stock when they get SEC approval to activate it. If you go to their website you can see it listed in the structure with none outstanding yet and no associated ticker symbol.
