Yes it does. In a random sort of way. If the indices are up ELTP collapses; if the indices are down ELTP collapses, if the indices are neutral, basically even, ELTP collapses OR it could be the opposite as long as the increase is not more than a few cents.

My guess is that the cause if the huge A/S and O/S base that makes it too difficult for ELTP to respond and when it does respond the same factors make it too easy for it to collapse.
