No Surprise

Today’s order by Judge Sweeney was what I anticipated. I often said the most likely scenario would be that she delayed ruling on the new motion to dismiss and the release of protected info until after discovery was complete. I understand that we would have loved to see the release sooner but from a judicial standpoint why delay discovery again to deal with these issues piecemeal?

Redacted Motions Served Well

When coupled with the mountains of incriminating evidence I have gathered to date the “redacted motions” were very revealing. The revelations I was able to help translate have helped increase the pressure to end this sooner rather than later. Today’s decision also provides more time for President Obama to act and still have the benefit of keeping the real explosive stuff buried. Fairholme should be commended for accomplishing such a strategic victory.

Parrott

I believe one who betrayed President Obama may be next in line for a deposition. Hopefully, he follows Ugolettis lead and does not simply Parrott his previous lies.

Weekend Update In The Works

I will be posting over the weekend, I think an update is due. Let’s try and focus on getting the truth out and not be sidetracked with exactly how and when this war will end. The latter is very unproductive for many reasons. Also please refrain from any further discussions here debating the common and preferred stocks, this is not our purpose here. There are many excellent forums where share issues can be debated. Clearly the truth has the momentum but we must be vigilant and wise.
