Wrong my friend... look at point no 5, and what Sweeney said on entertaining NYT... she just delays it to give both times to resolve on settlement - bottom line sounding resolve this outside nicely or she will give her fair judgement (which she has been too). Those materials are not flowing to other courts... that is a BIG WIN - what Joe Light said on that quick news is reverse....
Either settlement or Current Gov will use this for political reversal
