looks like a settlement behind closed doors is indeed in works as the request to continue discovery came from plaintiff's. this way the transcripts and other docs are never released and everyone is happy, may be the defendant had a strong reason to not release docs/transcript and sweeney must have read those docs?. for insurance purposes, judge sweeney allowed that unredacted docs could be spread wide in other cases, and hoping that other cases may make job easier for her. is fairhome party to any other case?
