Yes and when you said "both companies trade" anyone who owns shares of SSPT will automatically turn into MY BIG COIN PAY shares if your shares are in a brokerage account. If you own stock certificates, you will have to send them into the stock transfer agent that MY BIG COIN PAY will be using to get issued stock of the new company.
