Kadlec - I'm glad you brought that up. That was a 1 day event on 8/11/15 to get flex car owners to try the ethanol fuel which is normally $3.11 per gallon.(http://fox40.com/2015/08/11/gas-offered-at-85-cents-a-gallon-at-5-area-stations/) Here is a link to a third party test comparison between regular gasoline and E-85:

http://www.edmunds.com/fuel-economy/e85-vs-gasoline-comparison-test.html

I invite everyone on this board to read the test results. The E-85 fuel millage was 26% less and one bystander driving a Chevrolet Avalanche said he would get 18 mph on gas and 12 mph using the E-85. The result is even though E-85 is a little cheaper than regular gas, it comes out to be more expensive because of the fuel millage decrease.
Lets now look at ECSL's ECO 96 - which costs less than regular gas and has 10% or better fuel millage than the gas according to Olsen Labs in Ca.
The increased fuel millage from ECO 96 will increase the savings even further. The bottom line is if a flex fuel saves consumers $$$ they will buy it - if it doesn't - they will not use it !!!!!
