There is not a qualified investment professional the world-over that wouldn't be nauseated by the suggestion that OTC penny stocks should be in folks' retirement accounts.

I'd be willing to bet MY retirement that we'll never hear such a thing from any source but an interested one (e.g. a trapped investor).
