Between June 1st 2015 and August 12th 2015 56.8M common shares were issued in a public offering (the B Warrants). I believe we will be seeing the end of these soon. That is why since June 1st the PPS has fallen steadily from .30. Normal dilution effect basically. There will be news to pump this back to .25-.30 and a 1:4 or 1:8 RS in early December to retain compliance and stay on NASDAQ imo. I'm a buyer here soon.
