I do not know about Moras. But you have one person getting everyone else in an up roar. That person has been putting out false information for a long time. And everyone on this board knows it.

Yes the Spin off shares are at the Transfer Agent. It's out of Buzzy's hands again. If you want things to work correctly it takes time. Do not let one person putting out false information get everyone stired up.
