HEMP, Inc.'s ownership of this antique is no barrier to other, more well capitalized companies should this hemp business become a profitable agricultural pursuit. HEMP, Inc. could never stop Archer Daniels Midland or Dupont or Monsanto or Philip Morris from obtaining their own more modern, computerized versions of "the largest decorticator in North America" if they chose to enter the business. (But they won't, because there is no money in it.) HEMP, Inc. holds no intellectual property rights, i.e., patents, that would present a barrier to entry to any other, more businesslike competitor. That's a fact.
Good luck!
