Here Bonno here's the link and Proof Doctors are not signing and are being Limited!!

n the past few weeks, Lift has recently begun hearing from patients who live outside Ontario and have accessed or attempted to access a medical document for medical cannabis (re: prescription) using telemedicine from a doctor in Ontario, only to be denied. The reasoning behind this change remains unclear. Some clinics have blamed Health Canada, but Health Canada has publicly issued no such rule at this time.
One such patient, Chase Boucher, 27 of Saskatoon, told us that he recently received a call from his clinic in Ontario informing him that the doctor will no longer be evaluating out of province patients.

And why patients are flocking to Compassion Clubs!!

“I’m still looking at my options,” says Boucher. “There’s a new dispensary that opened downtown, and I don’t know if I want to get too involved in that route, but it is another option at this point. And there is always the mail order stuff, it’s at least better than buying off of the street. I definitely want to get authorized and be legal again, but I’m not looking forward to the hassle of finding a new doctor.”

"This is yet one more case that shows why Compassion Clubs exist," said Jamie Shaw, a spokesperson with the group. "Dispensaries have consistently had charges against them dropped; growers have consistently been granted discharges; and our reasons for civil disobedience have been constantly validated by the courts," she said.

In the case of R v Smith the Supreme Court found that the 'effects of prohibition contradict the objective of public health and safety', and that 'by forcing a person to choose between a legal but inadequate treatment and an illegal but more effective one, the law also infringes security of the person.'
