YankeeAce, if we only had the answers hey?

To hone in on your figures, remember I'm one of the good guys, been here quit some time.

$500 unit cost, well, it is not all money made, a portion of that has to be paid to webtech

$40 monthly recurring monitoring fee, well, again a portion of that money will go to cingular wireless, and mapquest

$25 activation fee, not sure about that, but did see "Installation fees are charged at a rate of $100.00 per unit", but probably like the one above, portions of that money will go to cingular wireless, and mapquest

and don't forget, the selling agent gets a portion of ALL those monies, so regretably using your quote "assumptions may be a little hokey"

also, if I read things correctly, the "quantity discounts" you refer to are for the monitoring fees, in favor of the customer, but PLKC also has said they have "established attractive volume-based agreements with all of our primary partners (MapQuest, Cingular Wireless, and WebTech Wireless)" which would be in favor of PLKC.

The Company recognizes revenue for the services that it provides in the following manner:

1. All revenue for the sale of devices plus their installation, and shipping costs is recognized upon installation of the device.
2. Internal Lease Revenue is recognized when billed to the customer on a monthly basis.
3. Revenue from monitoring services is billed to the customer on a monthly basis on the 15th of the month for the following month.

All I am try to say is, it's a HUGE step to try and pin down when "PROFITABILITY" will take place. Though I do believe they are going in the right direction.
