there is a reason jon narrowed the process specifically to "actual rearing of the worms"...and the reason is that there are other costs involved that he doesnt want to talk about....he is hoping shareholders will think its all about the simple rearing of worms and not question other related costs...he is being misleading while still being able to legally say he was not...
