How about a Stockholders Meeting?????????????????????? When will that happen?



Well if you understand how the crew operates they just change the name of mines as they are transferred shell to shell.

It is possible the new owner is in the crew and they will "retread" this for another investors mining operation.

It is also possible Hand gets NMGL SEC current, with the current SS it would fetch some bucks for a pump and dump.

Fun to watch the crew get scammed by a scammer though.

Assuming Hand isn't part of the scam.

Common float vote is nothing compared to conversion voting power of the preferred shares, right?
