You would think so, but I'm sure you'll recall that Marchi submitted a couple of filings to OTCMarkets. Filed an Annual List with Nevada showing him as President, too. And we know that that ended up in the crapper.
As usual, all is not what it appears to be. We shouldn't be jumping to any conclusions based on what we've seen so far and even some OTCMarkets filings could be just another false start.

At some point it would be nice to see a broadly distributed public statement from an Officer of the company.
We haven't heard from the "Asst. Secretary, Asst. Treasurer, Director, Fin." who is listed under "Company Officers/Contacts" lately, so we don't know if any of those are Corporate Officer positions or if she is simply a "Contact". Even though it says "Director" she isn't listed under the "Company Directors" heading.

One would think that all of this activity that people are focusing on would justify a CEO Letter or a Shareholder Update. Communications via Ihub poster don't cut it.
