Yes, always wondered how that works. I would think if you can see them trade or convert on the ticker and it shows as volume they would be in the float but not necessarily sold yet but owned by the converters. Because the outstanding is around 300 mill minus 84 mill for company shares and minus the shares in the float already converted wouldn't leave that much left so I would think they would have to be in the float. But I am not to familiar with this area. also the float is around 190 mill or so that seems like a lot for the public to own considering we don't have that many posters and there's not that much interest in this yet.
