The ownership of the public company APT's Technology belongs to the company and it's shareholders who invested in it. It's not to be pilfered, given away, divided up or stolen under the darkness of a news blackout.

I for one invested in this company for Smart Carb and Sonic Flow. Bankruptcy will not satisfy the issue at hand which is what happened to APT's proprietary technology. Who authorized any transaction transferring ownership or even control of said technology? Who presently has lawful control of Smart Carb and Sonic Flow and who is legally authorized to control said technology? Who is presently at the helm and in control of the public company MTVX?
