"Mr. Gormley has nearly 30 years of experience in the investment banking and capital markets industry, having completed $20 billion of public and private financing transactions across a variety of industries and securities structures. Most recently, he was a Vice Chairman of Lazard Frères, where he led the firm’s prolific Alternative Capital Finance business. Prior to Lazard, he was a Managing Director and held senior leadership positions in the capital markets businesses of Cowen and Company and Rabobank International. Mr. Gormley began his career in the corporate finance groups at Citibank and Nesbitt Burns Securities (and its predecessor companies, including Security Pacific/Burns Frey)."

Its like me and my brother, Dr. Evil. I'm and international man of mystery while he has been unsuccessfully trying to take over the world for years. At the end of the day though "he aint heavy, he's my brother!"

If this is OSLH's Chief business Director's brother, perhaps he will help his brother out. Look at the blurb. This cat is connected! Not to mention Guggenheim is a huge firm that invests in companies sort of like oslh (although olsh is in much worse shape than their typical investments)

If they are brothers and they still speak I will but 10 million shares at .0002
