Also, it seems that the announced merger between Pervasip and Plaid Canary Corporation is serioulsly stalled.
The Information Statement disclosure document that was announced for July never materialized.

Per FINRA regulations, a merger must be concluded within 71 days of its announcement.



The shareholder letter says:

"...despite our silence for the last month, this has been an exciting summer with the completion of the Plaid Canary Corporation and Grow Big Supply LLC acquisition ..."
