HI LCBM,

Not smug, not happy and no attack at all just facts. I also indicated I have taken a huge hit ($xx,xxx.00) worth so why would I be smug about the situation. My only point is that the situation is what it is. It was actually like this when you were promoting FLPC?

Now the situation is they may fold and we loose everything (I have accepted this already and can write this off) or the restructure carries weight and we manage a long term recovery.

Most actual shareholders I am sure would prefer the second option. But hey as you like
