100% agree. And also from the email, as I am talking to a girl from Ecuador and she translated it a little better for me, but basically said pretty much the same thing as google did...

that they havent reached an agreement yet, OROT has made no investment in SIRG yet...but HAS INTEREST TO MERGE AS TO EXPAND INTO US AS WELL AS ECUADOR. And are meeting next week in Las Vegas (depending on when the email was sent to responders). If email was sent last week, then they are probably meeting right now and PR on Tuesday
