Short is the only way to go. I saw this on another board, but it makes the most sense. These guys make money by giving away shares on the cheap to people who then turn around for a quick profit. Everything is based around the price of the common stock going down. Even look at the units: when the common stock price goes down, they get more shares from the cashless exercise. Sure, they might pump it every once in a while, but for the most part, it just goes down, down, down and they are ok with that because they still make money, and you keep buying more with the hope that they are "turning things around". It's all a big game, and short is where the value is.
