Obtain an investment or LOC leveraging Grow Big assets/collateral etc.- use money to pay off 4.8 million on 170k settlement-

remaining debt use in restricted equity in the company as outlined..

You are then left with a nearly debt free company with what should be ample access to more money- we aren't that far away from that.

As for the lockdown- 1 million dollars basically buys the float up on a revenue producing MJ/Hemp play- they just need to deliver now.
