October 19. 46 days lefrt not counting today. I will be sorely disappointed if there isnt a change in Government. I was disappointed with the last election too, but that made me realize that I dont think I understand the what people are voting for really. The strangest phenomenon to me is the last tumbling of the Liberal party , traditionally supported by the recent generations of Immigrants who didnt vote Liberal and instead voted for a pretty anti immigration party as we can see with the current syrian assylum situation.

What it shows i think is that votes can still be bought by the party that has the loudest economic campain , the best fear mongering, and timely child tax checks. Scary, because even though we are investors, capitalists and money hungry bastards, we are still human beings and our social platforms are the foundations of society. I meam who really wants to live in a very very wealth subliminally racist, mesoginistic society?, Which is what i see all across canada. Women, Aboriginals, Muslims, Identifiable minorities still struggling to be seen as equal? 33% of Canadians I guess.
